Spa Facility DH Spa is a two storey treatment facility set within a tropical garden. It has been designed to celebrate Bali’s artistic heritage and is a serene environment to experience a naturally inspired body or beauty ritual. The facility features a reception and 8 air-conditioned double treatment rooms complete with bathtub, locker and dressing amenities. There is also a separate salon for traditional hair treatments. Dh Spa closes only for Nyepi day. Free Transportation: dh Spa offers complimentary transportation to guests staying within the Nusa Dua, Jimbaran, Kuta and Sanur areas. For guests staying in Ubud or Tanah Lot, a US$ 18 / per person transportation fee applies. Payment: We accept cash payment in Yen, US$ and Rupiah as well as travelers checks. Credit card payments are also acceptable (VISA / MASTERCARD / JCB), however, a 3% surcharge applies. Service Charge: All treatment prices are subject to a 10% service. Japanese Staff: We have a Japanese Guest Relations Officer available to personally take care of Japanese guests. Spa Reception: Our all female team of spa receptionists are fluent in Japanese for easy communication with Japanese guests. Spa reservations will be accepted in English, Japanese and Bahasa. Therapists: All therapists at dh Spa are female and highly experienced in the art of traditional healing. Each therapist has completed an intense training program under the guidance of a professional spa trainer and a Japanese Guest Relations Officer to qualify as a practitioner. Our therapists adhere to international spa etiquette. They also speak basic Japanese and English. Personalized Hotel Transfers: Guests will be personally picked up from their hotel and escorted to dh Spa by a driver and spa receptionist. The spa receptionist will explain the treatment and products in detail as well as answer any questions on the way to the spa. Spa Hospitality: All guests are welcomed to dh Spa with a cold face towel and a refreshing cup of cinnamon tea. Guests are also served herbal tea and cookies during a flower bath or traditional hair treatment. Signature Oils: dh Spa has created its own blend of seven signature oils using a base oil that has been imported from France. Each oil blend has its own unique healing properties and is safe to use on sensitive skin types. Fresh Ingredients: All products used at dh Spa are made from 100% natural ingredients that are prepared prior to each treatment. We utilize local produce such as fresh fruit as well as indigenous herbs, spices and plant materials. Guest Comment Form: Each guest is asked complete a Guest Comment Form after their treatment. This is then compiled to help us evaluate and further develop our services and products. |
